Q. What is new in WorldMate®?
A. WorldMate now offers a base service free of charge and a premium service by paid subscription. The free service includes: World Clocks, Global Weather, World Map, and Measurement, Clothing and Currency Converters. Premium services include: Flight status, Flight Schedules, Satellite weather imagery, a Global Dialing Code Guide and a Packing List Organizer.

Q. If I buy WorldMate® Professional, do I also get the free service features?
A. Yes. WorldMate Professional will always include the free services along with the premium services available exclusively to Pro members.

Q. Can I upgrade to this version if I subscribe to a previous edition of WorldMate®?
A. You can upgrade using the same activation code you received when you originally purchased WorldMate Professional. If you no longer have your activation code or have any difficulty completing your upgrade, contact WorldMate Customer Support.

Q. How do I become a registered user of WorldMate® Professional?
A. You need to purchase a WorldMate Professional subscription. First, download and install the latest version of WorldMate on your device or PC. Next select the "Go Pro" option from the menu. Then just follow the instructions to purchase either a monthly or yearly subscription.

Q. How do I install WorldMate® on my device?
A. First, download the file by clicking "Download." Check to be sure your device is connected to your computer via its cable, then double click on the file and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also install the file directly on your device. Just use your mobile browser and go to http://m.worldmate.com/ppc.

Q. I received the Activation code. How do I use it?
A. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Launch WorldMate on your device.
  2. Select "Activation Code" from the menu.
  3. Enter your code and click "Submit."
  4. You are now a registered user.

Q. The code doesn't work. What should I do?
A. Make sure to enter the code without dashes or spaces. If you continue to have problems, please contact WorldMate Customer Support.

Q. How often will I have to renew my subscription?
A. If you purchase a WorldMate Professional monthly subscription, your subscription is automatically renewed each month unless you choose to cancel your subscription.

Annual subscriptions expire one calendar year from the date of purchase. Towards the end of your subscription, you will receive a renewal reminder.

Q. What happens when my subscription expires?
A. You will need to renew your subscription in order to continue using WorldMate Professional's premium services. Of course WorldMate's free services will still be available until you renew.

Q. How can I renew my subscription?
A. You can renew your subscription by selecting the "Go Pro" or "Renew" option from the menu. Then just follow the on-screen instructions.
