WorldMate is the ultimate travel planning and management service. It guides you throughout your trip with important itinerary updates, maps and directions to your hotel and meetings, weather forecasts, and much more.
Q. How do I use the WorldMate mobile service?
A. You need to install the WorldMate mobile application on your device. You can then access your itineraries and other services through the WorldMate icon on your device. WorldMate will also send you alerts at relevant times (e.g., before a trip or a flight).

A. Your itineraries will be available on the "My Itineraries" tab inside the WorldMate application.
Q. How can I sync the meetings on my device's calendar to WorldMate?
A. WorldMate is designed to automatically detect when you have a calendar item that matches any of your itinerary dates. You will see a pop-up screen which will enable you to set step-by-step the calendar sync feature. After the initial set-up you will be able to change the calendar sync settings using the WorldMate settings menu (Menu » Settings » Calendar Sync settings).
