In some Motorola Q devices, there is a known problem with the operating system on the device. To solve this, download this file http://www.worldmate.com/wm_pc_download to your pc, and install the first and last CAB files (you can uncheck the 2nd and 3rd) to your device.

Q. I want an airport that is not included in WorldMate Flight Schedules.
A. The predefined list of airports available for selection by country, city, and airport name is limited in size. Therefore many airports which are covered by our Flight Schedules service are not included in the predefined list.

The Flight Schedules database contains around 18,000 unique airport codes. Please try using the three-letter airport code in the Flight Schedules service in order to locate flights to/from this airport.

Q. I installed WorldMate on my device, and then un-installed WorldMate Pro. Now WorldMate does not work.
A. On some devices, WorldMate and WorldMate Pro use shared resources. Once "Live" is installed, it uses some "Pro" files. If "Pro" is then un-installed, some resources that are required for "Live" are removed and it will stop functioning properly. To solve this problem, just re-install WorldMate.

Q. I did a "Hard reset" on my device, and re-installed WorldMate. Now I can't login. What should I do?
A. After a hard reset, the device is restored to its original settings and the device date reverts to a past date. This causes a conflict with our server's security policy, and you will not be able to sign in. To solve this, set the device date to the correct date and log in to the application.
